Vessel USA takes every precaution to ensure all of our products arrive safely with a satisfaction guarantee. If by any chance you are not satisfied, we have a 7 day return policy from the date of receiving your order. You can either exchange it for something else or return the item with a 20% restocking fee. Satisfaction guarantee does not cover items that have been subject to mishandling, neglect, accident, vandalism or alteration.

Replacement or exchange of the item will be at the discretion of Vessel USA Inc. and must be in new original condition with original boxes and packing materials.

Failure to handle Vessel USA Inc. products in accordance with the recommendations listed in the Care and Maintenance guide will void this warranty. Please contact Vessel USA Inc. with any questions.
